David Cameron chats with Jean Johnson, Archie & Sheila Nicol. Recorded July 2016. Click here
We are pleased to include this interview with Archie Nicol, his late wife Sheila and the late Jean Moffat/Johnson.
The Village Hall and Whiting Bay Club of Drama and Music have always been at the heart of this village.
The memories group have many contributions. One of them includes a small exercise book filled with a decade of newspaper cuttings of Whiting Bay Club of Drama and Music. Each one carefuly dated and glued down by Hamish Cook.
Reading these confirmed not only the high standard of drama but also the importance of the club to the village as a social group and a very important source of raising funds.

Drama Report
Whiting Bay Improvements Committee and Whiting Bay Village Hall were regular recipients of much needed funds from the drama club, even the Music festival was noted to be donated funds from this group.
Some more recent pictures contributed by Angie Fisher, sadly many of the performers are no longer with us, but everyone who ever saw one of these plays will enjoy the memory.
Remembering the people who worked hard making sure the village hall was there for everyone, we are including some images from the 50th Anniversary
Thank you to all our contributors.
